Hello and welcome to Sharing the Sun! In my little blog space, you will find encouragement, advice, and stories from my life that you can relate to! My number one goal is to encourage you to listen to what God has to tell you, something I am in the process of learning to do. 

If you need someone relatable, hanging in the balance of immature teenager and mature young adult, I'm your girl!

I've lived in St.Pete Florida my whole life. I am the second oldest of 6 kids, and I have two incredible parents (interracial swag). I don't live on a farm, but we have 4 chickens, a pig and a dog- and I'm not an animal person (sorry not sorry). I grew up going to church (PK for life!), and excepted Christ into my life when I was about 5. I don't think I truly started following Him until middle school, after going to Uganda, Africa with Sozo Children. I've been twice and am absolutely in love with that country and it's people! I also love singing, piano playing, Chic-fil-A, watercolors, crazy facial expressions, quoting movies, my family, and Jesus.

Now, go listen to what God has to tell you! Seek Him through prayer and Bible reading. Share Him with your friends, family, peers, and co-workers. And when you're feeling like you need some encouragement, put on some comfy clothes, grab a snack, and read through a blog post or two!
